REMINDER!

 Please be advised that Florida fire code requires all 1st floor units to place their propane grills at least ten (10) feet from the building.

2nd floor units are not allowed to grill on their lanais.

Additional Information

No ARB’s, Sales, Leases / Rentals or Renewals will be approved until all past due maintenance charges and fines have bben paid in full, recorded by our property manager and confirmed in writing to the treasuers of the Coves At Aberdeen.

All ARB’s must first be submitted in writing to the Cove’s ARB manager for approvel.
