December News

Dear Homeowners,

Dura Guard Roofing has been contracted for the roofs. They will be applying for the permits right away and ordering material. As soon as the permits have been received they commence work. A schedule will be set and notifications sent out well in advance so everyone can be properly prepared. We appreciate all the helpful insight received and support from the community. We have worked hard to minimize costs and will continue to do so.

We will be closing on the roof loan in early January. For 2024 it is a line of credit and we will only draw on it as needed. Payments for this loan in 2024 is interest only and will only be paid once we start drawing from it. We have a locked in rate of 6.78%.

There have been many inquiries about individuals paying their full portion in one lump sum. Once we know the full loan amount, this will be discussed and we will provide updates at that time. This will not occur till end of 2024.

The budget for 2024 was approved at the November board meeting. Monthly amounts to be paid will be posted here soon.

The contact page has been updated to allow sending issues and suggestions to the board.

Lastly, we would like to bring to your attention that there is a man posing as a window washer approaching many homeowners in Aberdeen.  He is a 57 year old white male.  He is a scam artist and has a criminal record.  Please contact the police (911) if you see this man at your door.  Do not let him in your house!

 Sincerely,

The Board of Directors
